Set up as a charity by the local community of North London over 30 years ago, Harington provides a unique opportunity for young adults with learning disabilities and/or difficulties, delivering individual learning programmes designed to help them into employment, further education or a more rewarding life. 

Every learner has an individual programme of activities to support their personal development and skill needs. The majority of learners are found a job or further training when they leave and Harington supports them and liaises with employers for as long as is needed.
